Keep your eyes open for a new company that is wending its way through the registration process on the Vancouver Exchange. It may be available in the next few weeks. South American Mining and Exploration is combining with a Vancouver shell corporation and the surviving entity will be SAMEX Mining Corp. (trading symbol: SXG.V).
The company began actively actively exploring, acquiring and developing Bolivian mineral properties in 1993, prior to the flurry of exploration activity in that country. As a result of getting there before the pack, it has identified and tied up a significant portfolio of projects. Sources suggest that several of these could be of world-class potential.
